March 26, 9:30am - 3:00pm - Trochu Community Centre, theme for 2015's Forum is "724 Kilometres of Water Quality & You"

RDRWA's Spring Forum will be hosted at the Trochu Community Centre in Trochu, AB.

Sponsored by Kneehill County, the event program runs from 9:30am - 3:00pm with registration / check-in beginning at 9:20am.

We are very pleased to present you with this opportunity to see a number of key presentations on issues that affect water quality within the Red Deer River Watershed. The Integrated Watershed Management Plan (IWMP) implementation gets underway this year with a focus on water quality. In support of this, our theme for 2015's Spring Forum is,

"724 Kilometres of Water Quality & You"

We will get the chance to discuss possible solutions to water quality issues and integrate these findings into other work within the Alliance, especially our work on creating and implementing the Watershed's Integrated Watershed Management Plan.

We also have Mike Nemeth from Alberta WaterSMART coming to present on the research they undertook in 2014 looking at water quantity for the whole basin, and different options for us all ahead.
